TIME MANAGEMENT

The age-old adage that time wasted is never recovered still applies.

·     You can have a 13th month in a year .

You can decide to get yourself more time within which to get rich and get whatever you want sooner. You can shorten your sleeping time and use the extra time for making smart moves.  If you for two hours less and use the time to work, you will have done an equivalent of an extra month’s work.

·     Sound time management begins with the degree of skill that you use to control your off-duty time.

For those in employment, off duty time should be used constructively for such activities as studying to furthering your career or for learning something new.off duty time here is different from recreation time.

·         Establish your priorities

Plan all your activities, Analyze your general plan, then organize your activities to find out:

1.       Which is most urgent.
2.       Which activities can wait?
3.       Which activities depend on the successful accomplishment of another.

Then draw up the order in which you are going to conduct the activities.

·         Establish work goals

Determine the specific work and allocate a specific time for its accomplishment.

·         Institute a daily growth pattern

You should use every minute of the day to grow richer. This can be done in two ways:

1.       Providing services for which you are paid today.
2.      Making smart moves, wise investments and anticipating the flows of human interest.

·         Plan time schedules to reduce wasted efforts

Anticipate intrusion and unproductive moments and be prepared with alternative action.
