SELECTING A BUSINESS PARTNER

The following are the things that you should consider when selecting a business partner:

    A Compatible “chemistry”
  • Does the partner stimulate enthusiasm? 
  • Does the partner stimulate new ideas? 
  • Can you work well together? 
  • Is there an absence of ego, authoritarianism, and stubbornness?
        Contrasting backgrounds 
  • Can the partner offer a different perspective? 
  • Can you disagree agreeably? 
  • Can you both use logic, rather than emotion, to reconcile differences? 
  • Does the partner add talent or some experience to the business that you do not have?
        Willingness to share the same goods

  • Can you pull as a team? 
  • Do you have similar outlooks toward the company, where it should go, and how to get there? 
  • Are you about equal I drive and ambition?
